The designer of the Lutiki brand-series dedicated her new collection to escaping from cold regions to warm latitudes — she created a full-fledged mini-wardrobe for a late vacation.

Who is the designer?

Sonya Soltes is one of the representatives of the avant-garde of Ukrainian fashion. She is a costume designer, a person who carefully tunes the visual strings of a hero, because it is the image and details of a character that reveal him in the eyes of the one who looks at him.

"Clothes for me is a type of architecture. More than just fabric. The costume serves the director's goals, and the clothes serve the goals of the person," Soltes said in an interview with Vogue.ua.

Sonya also acts as a stylist for Ukrainian show business stars, thinking through the concepts of music videos for the top people of the domestic pop scene. Who else but her can choose a thoughtful and meticulously thought-out image for her clients?

We knew Sonya long before we started working with the brand — her Instagram is hypnotizing with thoughtful photos in the feed and stories. And last year, we were lucky enough to meet her in person in Odessa.

Lutiki

Conceptual brand Lutiki (the name comes from the word "rage") skillfully combines practicality and minimalist ready-to-wear with the philosophy of high fashion. Soltes dedicated the "Eclipse" collection to escaping from cold lands to warmth, for which she put together a capsule set of seven items. One of them interested us more than the others - we will talk about it further.

One of the seven

Asymmetrical T-shirts, presented by Soltes, are a great example of combining parts of a capsule wardrobe and fashion experiments. They have rightfully become symbols of the collection, because it is rare to create a basic item of clothing with your own twist. One that will be remembered. It was with them that we decided to start a closer acquaintance with the brand.

Lutiki T-shirts will be a great full-fledged top when you take off your jacket or sweater indoors. A comfortable T-shirt made of dense "rib" will become your link to many new looks that you simply could not put together without it.

The full collection can be viewed on Sonya Soltes' website , and you can already purchase T-shirts on our website .
