Order payment

We accept payment by bank card or cash in hryvnias (UAH) . You can choose one of the following payment methods when placing an order:

1. By Visa or MasterCard bank card directly on this website. Online payment is made using the Fondy service with technology to protect your personal data on the Internet. In case of payment by foreign currency bank card, the total cost of the order will be calculated according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine at the time of the transaction. By using a bank card on our website, you guarantee that it belongs to you and you have the right to carry out the relevant banking operations.

2. By cash or bank card using a POS terminal when receiving the order in the Ogonёk store at the address: Odessa, Akademichna St., 28, Sady Peremohy Shopping Center, 2nd floor. Opening hours: daily from 11:00 to 21:00.

Pre-order payment

Payment for pre-orders is made in full using a Visa or MasterCard bank card directly on this website or by bank transfer to a PrivatBank or monobank card. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send you payment details and reserve the selected products for you for three days from the moment the details are sent . If we do not receive the pre-payment within three days, your reserve will be canceled and the pre-order will not be considered completed.

Order delivery

We provide free delivery of orders worth UAH 15,000 or more via Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine - to a branch or by courier. Delivery for orders worth up to UAH 15,000 is paid by the recipient. If you purchase goods during a final sale with the corresponding tag 'Final sale', delivery is also paid by the recipient.

We will collect and ship your order within 1-3 days of placing your order . In the case of pre-orders , we will collect and ship the goods as soon as they become available , but no later than 30 days after payment for the order.

Order pickup is possible daily from 11:00 to 21:00 at the Ogonёk store at the address: Odessa, Akademichna St., 28, Sady Peremohy Shopping Center, 2nd floor.

We also offer international shipping . The cost of such shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout after selecting the desired delivery country.
