Terms of return and exchange of goods

After receiving the product, we recommend that you carefully examine it and try it on in a comfortable atmosphere, without tearing off the label. If the purchased product does not suit you, you can exchange or return it within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase . Exchange and return of goods are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and are possible provided that the goods are of good quality, i.e. without signs of use, taking into account the preservation of its presentation, labels, accompanying accessories and receipt .

Please note that not all categories of goods are subject to exchange and return. In particular, the following are not subject to exchange and return : perfumery and cosmetic products, down and feather products, hosiery and socks, gloves, bed linen, underwear, corsetry products, swimwear, pajamas, bathrobes, nightgowns, shoe insoles, jewelry, hair accessories, printed publications.

Goods purchased during the final sale, with the corresponding 'Final sale' tag, are also not eligible for exchange or return.

Return shipping in the event of an exchange or return of goods is paid by the buyer.

You can also exchange or return the goods in the Ogonёk store at the address: Odessa, Akademichna St., 28, Victory Gardens Shopping Center, 2nd floor. Opening hours: daily from 11:00 to 21:00.

In the event of a return of the goods, we will refund the funds in the same way as the payment was made (in cash or by bank card), within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the goods back.

If you made a purchase in installments using the FRISBEE deferred payment service and decide to return the product , you can do so under general terms within 14 days, paying 0.01% for each day of installment use. Read more about the service here .
