ONLINE STORE DIRECTOR (FULL-TIME)

Our online presence is growing rapidly — new brands, new clients, new horizons. And now we are looking for someone to lead this direction and drive it forward. Could it be you?

📌 We are looking for you if you:

+ You know how to organize processes - with attention to detail and strategic vision.

+ You have experience managing e-commerce projects or online sales (2 years or more).

+ You understand logistics, product accounting, analytics, and know how to turn it into a customer-friendly experience.

+ You know how to manage a team - support, delegate, inspire.

+ You are well versed in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, analytics, and basic digital marketing tools.

+ Ready to take responsibility and make decisions.

+ You know how to think like a customer: where they will click, where they will forget, where they will be happy.

+ You have good visual taste and understand the value of the brand.

+ You are fluent in Ukrainian (oral and written), English is desirable.

📌 What will you do:

+ You will coordinate the work of the Ogonek online store from A to Z.

+ You will manage the team: order processing, customer service, logistics.

+ You will monitor the relevance of the assortment, the content of the site, and the remaining stock.

+ You will work with contractors — IT, photography, delivery, fulfillment, marketing =)

+ Generate ideas on how to improve our online customer experience — and implement them.

+ Analyze metrics to make us more efficient.
