Delivery and return

Order payment

We accept payment by bank card or cash in hryvnias (UAH). You can choose one of the following payment methods when ordering:

1. Visa or MasterCard bank card directly on this site. Online payment is made through the service Funds with the technology of protection of your personal data on the Internet. In case of payment by foreign currency bank card, the total cost of the order will be calculated according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine at the time of the transaction. By using a bank card on our website, you guarantee that it belongs to you and you have the right to carry out the relevant banking operations.

2. With the help bank transfer to PrivatBank or monobank card. Select the appropriate option when ordering - and we will send you the details for payment after receipt.

3. Cash or bank card when receiving an order at the Nova Poshta branch. Pay the cost of the order after checking the goods in the branch of the service "Nova Poshta", specified during the order.

4. Cash when receiving an order from the courier of the Nova Poshta service at the address specified when placing the order.

5. Cash or bank card using a POS-terminal when receiving an order in the Ogonёk store at the address: Odessa, street Akademichna, 28, Victory Gardens shopping center, 2nd floor. Working hours: daily from 11:00 to 21:00.

Pre-order payment

Pre-order payment is made in full using a Visa or MasterCard bank card directly on this site or a bank transfer to a PrivatBank or monobank card. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send you the details for payment and reserve the selected goods for you for three days from the moment of sending of requisites. If we do not receive a subscription within three days, your reservation will be canceled and the pre-order will not be considered completed.

Delivery of the order

We carry out free shipping orders in the amount of UAH 15,000 by Nova Poshta service throughout Ukraine - at a branch or by courier. Delivery up to 15,000 is paid by the recipient.

We will collect and ship your order within 1-3 days from the moment of placing the order. If pre-order, we will collect and ship the goods, as soon as they appear in stock, but not later than 30 days after payment of the order.

Self-pickup order is possible daily from 11:00 to 21:00 in the store Ogonёk at the address: Odessa, st. Akademichna, 28, Victory Gardens shopping center, 2nd floor.

We also exercise international delivery. The cost of such delivery will be calculated automatically on the checkout after selecting the desired country of delivery.
